Stumpy is the short one off by herself, I moved her over after finding the mold (mold was removed by taking off the top layer of soil)

I think it was sprinkling the molasses on top of the soil, a smidgen of over watering and cool over night humidity that caused it. None of my other plants had any signs of mold. Maybe Stumpy is just a glutton for punishment, either way it just goes to show how resilient these things can be.
