She looks mint mate trust, get your light right on her and she'll explode.
Looks like you topped above the second node (set of leaves)? Good choice if you did, have a read of Uncle Bens Topping guide if you haven't already, it's how I've been growing for years!

SInce you're new, if you want the best answers give a little more details so people can help you. In this case mostly, how old is it ? Whats it planted in ? What kind of light are you using etc..?
Those things can get you better answers.

first pic looks fine, the second is hard to tell, looks like the leaves are a lil un-happy, but again it's hard to tell via those pics.

she is a slow grower if she is 2 months old. That could be with the low amount of light she is receiving or the strain. Some strains grow slower than others. For instance... if she is one of the purp strains she will grow slow but take an indica/sativa hybrid and the rate of growth increases. You can definitely start using nutrients if she is two months old tho. now is the time to start pumping her up. Start at a low dose and increase in small increments every 8-10 days. First start with a 20-8-10 or something with similar ratio.. Other than that the plant looks healthy. The best light is the light that come from the star i.e. The Sun

I'm not so sure about feeding this plant. It doesn't exhibit the traditional signs of being "hungry". I think it doesn't like the growing medium. I don't want t discourage you, but i'd recommend doing a lil more research prior to starting, but since you are already going, i'd say transplant the plant into a quality medium, and allow it a month or so to vege, then switch it. But the light you are using will produce fluffy disappointing nugs, just to warn you. Don't expect a lot. I'm sorry I really don't mean to rain on your parade but an 18 inch fluorescent bulb is simply not enough light. Save about 4-5 hundred dollars if you are serious about this. If not? Well, don't expect much.
Again, not trying to be an ass, just realistic.
