08/13/12- Planted the rooted clones into Solo cups. They were all rooted in one inch rockwool cubes.4x4 Tent

I clone under three four foot long florescent tube lights.
I added a 400 watt MH light and put them into a 4x4 grow tent on 09/07/12. The tent has a 190 CFM inline fan with a small carbon filter sucking air out the top of the tent. I have a fan blowing air into the tent at the bottom.
Should of had the MH light on them when I had put the clones into the solo cups I know this but it wasn't possible at the time.
I transplanted them on 9/12/12 into 5 Gal. grow bags They are still under a 400 Watt MH and three four foot long fluorescent lights.
Here is a pic of the only Blue cheese 09/26/12 fourteen Days after transplanting into 5 gal. grow bags.

73 Days into vegetation
Three of the Master Kush plants were topped once throughout veg. as they reached the height I wanted. I ended up leaving the two other Master Kush not topped just natural along with the blue cheese as well.
All plants right before lollipopping. 10/26/12.
All plants Lollipopped and put back into light for the rest of the days cycle then light were cut off for 24 hours.
12/12 BUD TIME
I added a 1000 Watt HPS with air cooled fan with a 160 cfm inline fan blowing cold air from window in and through the light fixture dumping out into tent.
Room temp with new 1000 watt light stays around 83 degrees F. when lights are on and drops to 70 degrees with light off.
160CFM through light into Tent
190CFM pulling air out top through carbon filter.

Went to pick up a highly Neem oiled God Bud plant that is 5 weeks old and only in a 1 gallon grow bag and throwing it in the 4x4 Tent with my 6 other plants.

Now my question is should I just leave the god bud plant in that 1 gallon and just see what I get out of the plant or do I risk turning the plant into a hermi by shocking it while transplanting?

The new rescued God Bud plant is on the right in the front in the white grow bag. It is pretty tall also
I have sprayed it off several time with water to get the Neem oil off of it. It is bug free just trying to recover her.
How should i control the height of it now that its into 12/12 lights?
Today I am publishing this Journal 11/03/12 and will update as the budding continues.
