First time cfl grow, nirvana shop northern lights!

this is my first attempt to grow at all, my plants are about 2 weeks old from seed,let me kow what you think. this is not at all a tryhard attempt at growing, i got dirt from walmart, and orderd some good seeds thats about all iv put into this.i do have 1 question tho, i have these small mushrooms growing from my soil, should i worry about this hurting my plants?

hey guys heres update two, they are about 2 and a half weeks old but the small leaves on the bottom are turning yellow? anyone have any ideas as to what it is, or if i should worr?, because i heard the small first leaves fall off
