First Time Grow I'm Not Getting Sprouts Please Help

Hey guys this is my first grow I'm using regular potting soil and I've did the germination that worked after i potted them its been almost a week and I'm getting no sprouts I've been keeping soil wet but not soaked and 24 hours of light I'm using a 75w bulb for now i have 4 small pots directly below the light they're only about 4-5 inches from the light when the sprouted i have a 250w bulb i was gonna use but I'm not getting sprouts please help me asap thanks guys also I have airflow I don't think that even matters in this stage but just saying thanks and what I'm growing is lowryder #1

i wanted to start from seed so i kno what im growing n plus no one around here has anything good lol i ordered from amsterdamn but could it be because i was using a heat light not a cfl?
