First time grow...outdoors....no clue what im doing

hey yall i am working on my first grow i am approx like 3 weeks in to it and so far they seem to be doing great...i have them all (4) in seperate containers...i used 6 month feed miracle grow and have them outside. i water them only when the top soil is dry and they are getting about 12/12 lighting. ive never done this before but so far its been like a set and forget kinda thing....im not sure if im getting the best results (Seems kind of slow) but i have about 3 levels of leaves with 5 fingers on the top level....any suggestions would be amazing! thanks!!!!!!!!!

Outdoors I think takes from now until like October or something. Depends on when the sunlight goes to 12/12 in your region.
I can't truly offer any real advice though, I've not done it myself.
