First time Grower - Are they OK (PICS)

Just over a month into growing.

Setup is 4 CFLs in a cupboard, with a fan.

To the trained eye, are they allright?

The creamy water in the pan, is yeast mixture, I spilt it when taken photos

To me they do have some problems, but I could be paranoid. Any insight would be great. Cheers

stretchy but look good so far.

yeah, the lower two fan leafs died and fell off aswell. Should I move them closer to the lights. Right now, theyare about 1in and a half.

It looks better then mine Im about to go crazy if I don't start getting results....mine are like three weeks from sprout and I am stressing....
