First time grower diesel ryder

HEY EVERYONE HOWS IT GOIN? WELL I JUST BOUGHT SOME SEEDS FROM worldwide-marijuana-seeds.com I GOT 2 LOWRYDERS AND 1 DIESEL RYDER MY 2 LR GOT ATE BY SOME BUGS BEFORE THEY GERMED SO NOW IM ONLY LEFT WITH THE DR I AM GROWIN MY DIESEL UNDER 1 68w CFL 2700K ONCE SHE STARTS BUDDING I WILL ADD ANOTHER 68w AND A 45w CFL 2700K DO YOU GUYS THINK THATS ENOUGH OR SHOULD I ADD MORE? THE SOIL IS FOX FARM OCEAN IT IS IN A 2.5 WATER GALLON WOULD I NEED NUETS? ANY ADVICE WOULD BE AWSOME THANKS GUYS.

what do you mean bugs got them before germed

but i normally feed after 2 weeks 1/4 strenth food max out at 1/2 strenth they dont like full strenth and repotting

do like light and root stimulator

does best with 18/6 or 20/4 light schedule

flower in about 3 weeks done week 8 to 10

Im doing my 2nd DR grow now. They look good. If they havent shown preflowers yet, Id use a 6500K rating bulb not the 2700K. FFOF is awesome soil. Hope you cut it with some Perlite or Light Warrior though cause it will help with drainage as Ocean Forest holds water pretty well. It also has enough nutes in it to last about the first 17 days or so. Youve got it in a 2.5 gallon container so you wont even need to transplant it. Keep the lights 18/6 the whole time if you can. Also, what is that air hose next to the plant? If thats a CO2 line, back it up. You want CO2 to fall on it. It can smother her if its excessive.

well actually im lyin i had them in paper towels and as soon as they poped i put them in thier pots and after a few days i noticed they wernt coming out the ground so i dug one out and it had sone tiny white kinda yellowish buggies kinda looked like termites but what it actually was is that i was being stingy with the fox farms soil mix i mixed it with some old dirt i had in a pot from some herbs i was growin to save some cash on the soil so thats what i get lol so the diesel i went with the ff soil straight no bullshit added

hey ive read in sum other web page about keepin autos on red specs threw out the whole cycle and they would do really good thats why i went with the 27k but you say otherwise not sayin your wrong but whats your theory on that cause i might have been misinformed. also ive heard watering them with carbonated water something bout co2 straight to the roots. that i read on "BIG BOOK OF BUD" by KC Brains but im not too sure if i should try it with the Diesel Ryder let me know what you guys think? thanks!

I have not read that the lower k rating bulbs are better throughout the entire life of the autos. My thinking is that there are differnet PH ranges and fluctuations that occur from vegging to flowering. I dont recall the exact reason why and its a really long reason at that but its my understanding that mj needs the different ranges of wavelengths from different lighting in order to efficiently absorb nutrients and certain ph levels. The "blue" lighting has a wavelength of ~440nm, the "red" about ~660nm.

I use different lighting during both phases. For vegging I have a Hortilux 250 MH, but use some 2700k cfl's as supplemental lighting. I flower with a Hortilux 250 HPS and some 6500k cfl's. Best of both worlds. My first and only girl gave me 42g. But I grew hydro last time.
