First time grower, I think Im ready for harvest

Just looking for some experienced advice... What do you guys think? Ready to harvest or not yet?

Lol, Hopefully not too much longer. Its an outdoor grow and September is over... My other plants flowered at different times through a 3 week time frame and this is the furthest done... Its probably 10-11 feet tall, I had to tie it down to fit in garden cage... It will be at 9 weeks this weekend... My other plants are at about 7 and 8 weeks... I grew them from seeds I had accumulated from purchasing flower and have no idea what they are or what im doing really... I think they look good though
