First time grower, need advice

So, as the title states, this is my first grow. I currently have 1 plant which was given to be as a clone, and i will soon need to repot it. I am trying to figure a good soil/mix I can use for this baby when the time comes to repot, and what nutrients/food to give it. Currently for feeding I just flush water through it every 2-3 days when the soil is dry to my first knuckle.
I am currently growing under 1 CFL 5000k bulb, plan on getting another one in the next day or so. I have lined the inside of my box with white bristol board. I have wired a pc fan to an ac/dc adapter for a little bit of airflow inside, but will need to add more, or change the ventilation solution later in the grow. Cost is a very big concern of mine, as I want to spend minimal money, without destroying my grow.

So my main question in this thread is; what soil do I need to repot in? Do I need nutrients, if so what kind, how much, how often?
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Looks good so far
a bit stretchd out tho
Try and lower your light or raise ur plant some how
Ull need more cfls soon also
and as far as soils
i use Fox Farms Ocean Forest mixd with perlite
it contains enough nutrients im the soil already to last u almost a whole month
just add water
when u start feeding start off at 1/4 reccomended strength

I probably should have mentioned, fox farms is not an option for me, as it is near impossible to find a retailer for in Canada, and shipping it will cost me an arm and a leg, any other alternatives that are relatively noobie friendly?
and as for the stretching, I have lowered the light to about 1.5 inches from the top of the plant.
