first time grower, using canna coca A & B, also twisty plants?????

I currently use botanicare veg and flower. I'm considering using the canna coca A and B, was wondering if this is a good product to use. i was told that the botanicare and the canna coco are the same thing so i would not need to use the botanicare anymore? what other nutrient should i add to my plants, things i can mix in for a better yield/quality/overall plant health? any suggestions are welcome.... I have plants in both flower and veg state


also, some of my veg plants that are maybe a month old, not a foot tall have very twisty branches and stems, not very thick, they just keep spouting branches, and it becomes very bushy and ugly! what can i do to remedy this?
