First time grower using hydro system

OK so this is my first grow and i know enough to keep my plants alive but thata about it! I have three month old plants in cups with soil i am hoping to be able to put them in my system once i get it on monday. the system said that it comes with veggie food and bloom food will this be enough? also i brought a 150 watt CFL and also have two other 100 watt CFL will this be enough? i only have room for 6 plants in the system and i am thinking of just sticking with the three that i have right now i can't tell you much about that due to the fact that they are badseed. they are mostly on for 18 off for 8 i also brought a light timer that im trying to get to work for me so i won't have to worry about the lighting so much. to say the least i don't have a ton of dough to spend on this and im not trying to make any money for this i just want to save money and smoke some good shit. with this small of a system will i need the C02 stuff? i have a fan should i put it in the box when i set everything up? ill put pic just don't laugh to damn hard im ghetto fab ok
BTW this is only a temp spot for them once the system comes on monday they will be in my bedroom probably in a corner about 3x3 i also brought cardboard to make a "box" so that everything will be consealed.
now this is going to sound like some crazy shit but i have four pet rats.......would i be able to use their shit to help feed the plants at all?

Ok the they are really starting to look bad. the lifes are curling!!!! they look dark not bright and vibrant im worried they won't even make it in to the system on monday and if they do will they take? should i just toss them? i hate to see a month go to waste
