First time growing buds are slow and lost track of weeks

Anyone any idea?
I set up a little grow and all was well healthy plants throughout but I lost count of weeks it’s been 4 months and buds are small yet loads of heads I only have two lights up and I’m hand feeding every 2-3 days! Have I left it too late? Smell is super strong and they are so sticky so definitely a good plant, shame ITs my first time!

They look fine. Be patient. Most bulking up occurs in the last couple of weeks. Don’t chop too soon. And do halfway forget promised flower times.
