I started to germnita a bunch of seeds and I'm planning to grow them till the be like 5 inches in cups on my balcony, then i want to plant them outside in random places across the city. Any tips? what should i consider?
First time growing outdoor ! need advice.

Someone did this outside a local sheriff's office years ago and they had no idea what it was until a few weeks into flower. Funny stuff.
Your plants will just get taken. Someone will see it or smell it. I use to do this with bag seed when I was a kid. Funny just to see how long it takes for someone to notice a plant out in the open.
