First time patient ggrowing for himself needs advice...and high!

high! just got my card and am going to be growing for myself, and i see this seems like one of the better communities for such =]

a friend has gifted me a 600w HID adn i'm aiming for a scrog grow of mainly indica's for my pain and i have about an 8x8x8 area to work with, so ideally any guides or builds or experience with scrog grow's would be priceless =]
