So my friend gave me this plant yesterday and its about 3 inches tall. he was growing it outside and now im putting it inside. i have a CFL bulb 26 watt (100watt) and thats it for light. i put it in the corner of my closet with a fan ventilating it. it looks healthy as it reaches up for the light. my walls are white but i put some aluminum foil on 3 sides of the plant. the bulb is about 2 inches from the plant. please give me advice. more lights, less? diff kinds of bulbs? whatevers, any advice im willing to take. thank you.

You've got a long ways to go, but if you put in the time to learn, you'll be great skate :)

As we said on chat, add as many CFLs as you can, you'll need more down the line.

Also try not to use aluminum foil, it doesn't reflect that much light. If you closet walls are white then that will reflect 10x more. Or you can look into getting some gold wrapping paper.

Use the growFAQ at the top for more help. You'll need to look into nutrients for the plant next.

And post pics!:peace: good luck

If you can afford an HPS that's your best bet. Look into a 250w or 400w at least, but the more watts you get with an hps the better.
