First Time (somewhat) Successful Grow Need Advice

OK...I've been lurking around here for a while reading up on things and was able to successfully grow two plants with low yields but some really frosty bud.

Let me start off by saying I haven't kept up much with dates but I started this project in October and harvested Saturday.

Vegged 6 plants from bagseed in a big rubbermaid tote for about a month then switched to flower in the cab in the picture. One died during veg and three of the remaining five turned out to be male. :-(

So that left two females one of some decent bag seed and the other of some chronic that just happened to have a few seeds in it.

I switched from distilled water to tap that I left out to let the chlorine evaporate off of and the plants started looking kind of funky. Got some ph tester and up and down and realized the ph was way off and corrected it but the decent one never fully recovered. The leaves kept turning a weird greenish brown color drooping etc but the chronic rebounded like a champ.

The yield for both however is pitiful.

The first two pictures are of the decent plant. Only got about an 1/8 dry off of that one. The next two are of the chronic that yielded about 4.2 grams :-/. The buds are frosty but fluffy. I was able to successfully clone the chronic tho so I have seven new plants that I put straight to 12/12, 3 on Saturday and 4 today.

I'm pretty certain the plants need more light since I only have five 23 w cfls running right now but I'm having an issue with heat. If I put all eight bulbs on the temps stay at over 90. Right now they are ranging between 68 at lights off and 82 at lights on. I have 6 1/2 in holes on the right bottom for passive intake and one 120 cfm computer fan on the opposite side for exhaust and another 120 cfm computer fan on the bottom right to move the air around. I know something is wrong with the air flow but I don't know how to fix it. I have access to one more 120 cfm and two 80 cfm ones since I'm going to cannibalize the veg chamber for parts and just go straight to 12/12 as soon as my clones/seeds root.

What should I do??

yeah man I tried cfls a while back but they out grew the box, more space next time, and ended up outside...I know its obvious yeah more air more light try at least 60watt.

i dont know alot but nutes seems to be huge for yeilding i think read up and make sure your using the right nutes for flowering maybe? just giving you some options but i could just be talking out my ass. also soil is another one.

I've been using Happy Frog soil and Dyna-grow protekt grow and bloom but when the one plant started looking crazy I only gave them nutes at every other watering. I'm done with that strain tho too much hassle and the chronic looks way better for much less effort. Also the humidity is between 16 and 21%.
