I'm doing my first hempy bucket grow (in straight perlite). This is also my first time starting off things in rockwool. I soaked the cubes in pH 5.5 water for about an hour and then slung out excess water and dropped in my germinated seeds - just some bag seed I had laying around. I have been keeping the cubes wet - but not overly so - with no nutes yet (going to use GH 3 part flora).

It's been 4 days since they poped out - and things seem to be going slower than I'd expect and there is some browning and yellowing. And one hasn't seemed to open up very well. Am I doing something wrong? They are currently under 4 26W CFL's that are about 4 inches from the plants.
The one other question I have is, at what point do I move the cubes into the bucket? I do have one where I can see the tip of the tap root just poking out of the bottom of one of the cubes.
