Fishtank

Im Wondering if i could start my first grow in a fishtank my mate has given me...

I have a fishtank... which look alot similar to this

its just the tank itself.

the dimensions are

18"x48"x15"

its not to tall but quite wide.

HELP!

you could, its just the plants are not going to get very tall. I'd recommend using something else.
