Fixed light height?

Hi! Long time reader here, but never actually posted anything...

I'm currently building a grow box of about 2,5x2x4 and I would like to install my cooltube in there, with maybe a 400w or a 250. The problem is, the cool tube is about as wide as the box...

I'm thinking about drilling 1hole at each end of the box and sliding the cool tube in the box with his 2 end slightly sticking out. I would use a cheap booster fan since it's as straight as it can be...

I have another speed variable temp controlled 4inch vortex exhaust fan that will take care of the scrubbing.

With this setup, my light height will become non-ajustable. Can it be a problem with a scrog grow?

If the height is fixed as high as it can get anyways I can't imagine that will be an issue. Most pro's/folks who know what they're doing hang lights about as high as they can, the days of placing the light 24" from the canopy as a rule of thumb and trying to get the plants as close as humanly possible to the light without burning them are over.

You can always pinch stuff to keep them lower or slow them down. I also run a fixed height . I used to go a few inches at a time fighting for that 24 inches. Pain in the ass and I didn't notice any better yields
