Flipping to flower soon Defoliate or not to?

I’ve decided I’m going to flip my 2 plants to flower this coming Sunday. Should I defoliate before the flip? I’ve tucked most of the bigger fan leaves, and removed very few leaves the entire grow.

Cool okay Ill Give that a try basically strip off all growth except the top?

bottom 1/3 after stretch no point in removing before a big push of energy
