Floraflex root porn

I hate those pots. Got one good rootball then they kept getting nasty and overwatered and browning before the gnats caused it to. I switched to fabric pots and got rid of the gnats/aphids. Even with out em these pots over fill with water making a drip system hell to use.

I ran soil for one grow about 6 years ago in fabric pots. Only time I ever had issues with bugs. As far as overwatered, these have great drainage and mine are saturated basically 24/7 and I haven't seen an issues in the last 6 months I've been using them.
Having a gnat issue can lead to a lot of problems though especially with the roots dying/browning.

Not sure if you did but I do use the 6" matrix pad on top to help disperse the water more evenly and it keeps light from getting to the top coco which can cause issues too.
