flowering 12/12 from seed question, first micro grow

Sup guys, this is my 2nd attempt growing and I decided to do a micro grow using the 12/12 from seed method while I construct my grow room.
She's 27 days old now and her pistols are emerging. Few questions.

Should I remove that inner growth at the bottom? It's getting a little light down there but won't it take from my main cola?

Do you guys suggest any type of low stress training?

She looks like she's curling at the tips, any explanation? Temps were normal, 82° at the most.

Honesty lst that thing. All the lower branches will get more light and emerge to the top. I just finished 2 micro grows second grow I got almost an oz. it will certainly get to the top during flower if it stays that way
