Flowering/ Cutting Lower Branches

Hello, this is my first time growing 3 plants under 600w hps and 400MH. i have the plant that i want to cut off the lower two branches but and 2 to 3 weeks into flowering is this a bad decision at this point?

nah its fine its good to do that get more air into the plant and also more nutes to the top buds instead of popcorn on the floor you can also take those branches and clone them get a rotatiing grow going
