Flowering for the first time?

This is my first grow, and i'm ready to flower, but I have some questions, The light cycle 12 on 12 off, can I make that anytime? Currently my lights are on a 18 hours on - 6 off. 11-5pm. Dumb cycle, it should be at night.. but i didn't set it. So can I make a whole new cycle from 7pm-7am on, and the rest off? or can I do it from 5am-5pm. I'm not sure how to switch the light cycle and to what. I don't want to extend it and make it 11am- 11pm off because that would make it so I almost never have a chance to work out there.

Also, they just received their nutes, I do a nute water, then a reg water, and so on and so forth, should I flush with sludgehammer them next time I do a reg water in prep for the flowering nutes?

Thank you guys so much for taking the time to help growers out like me.

Yes, you can make your 12 on whenever you want.
Plants have no clock, just sense.
They know how much, but don't care if you're daylight savings or not, Eastern, Pacific, etc. LOL
If you're ahead of the time you want by a couple hours, just go ahead and move your timers back, but if you're behind the time you want, give longer dark before turning lights on. (I think I said that right).
If you turn on at 3P.M. now, but want to start at 6P.M., just give a couple extra dark, then turn on.
I personally run my lights at night, to work against the cold, and not fight the heat during the day.
Again, myself, I don't flush unless I screw up and overfeed, or see a problem from lockout or something.

agreed... just re-set those timers to the time you want. If the ladies are in flower, its better they have more DARK than LIGHT when you go to re-set your timers.

I don't flush unless I screw up either... I make sure I have a decent amount of run-off with every feeding or watering and that does the trick.
