so i have a box for veging that will allow my babies to get about 1 ft tall and then i was gonna transfer them outside. my question is will they flower in the month of april and may?

^^confirm that, the fewer hours of light start the flowering of the females. so since the hours of light are getting more in spring, you have to adjust this manually;) or you give a shit and wait till fall comes:D

why you don't stay indoors? this will be a pain in the ass to do and a bit risky too if you spotted wandering out every damn evening and always headed to the same location, got no neighbours to watch you?

i was goin to do it out side because of the price, and my room mates. you dont think that itll flower with 14 hours?

Make sure you have some holes or something for venting... especially if you are in a warm climate. A dark-colored trashcan in the late day sun could get up to 90degrees inside.

ok im just thinkin that for now ill just get like 3 compact fluors, and replace the veging lights with them. got one question though. i didnt think that the compacts at a place like home depot(hardware store) would work, but ive seen a few people have good results with them. is it ok to get somthing like that for flowering? if you have a brand that would be great!

cfl's from home hardware, canadian, home depot or who ever will do fine, hack i even got some from ikea in a package deal, 2 21Ws for 9.99:D their is a gazillion places to get them;) prefer those which tell you the light temperature of the bulb by the way;)
