Has anyone heard of leaving the metal halide light in for the first two weeks of flowering to prevent stretching and reduce stress? Then use the high pressure sodium for flowering then the last two weeks of flowering putting the metal halide back in. By putting it back in I read in Ed rosenthal's book that it will increase resin and cannabinoid production and make the buds more dense but they will not get any bigger so pretty much just the same size and make more potent no. I'm flipping my lights today I need some insight
