Flowering light question

Hey guys
Just had a question about flowering I can’t find
I grow using 1000w HPS Grow Lights with adjustable digital ballast at 50% 75% and 100% functions my question is
When y’all enter flower do you guys switch it to 100% right away or grow it for a few weeks at 75% and then switch it to 100% ?

Go 100% light please

( you may go less during seedling or early veg) rest of the time its full blast

keep a fan and temp gauge close and watch close for the first day
