You’ll start seeing pistils forming all over the place from the calyx if it’s female.

Doesn't look like its flowering, or if it is it has JUST started (but its hard to tell due to low quality photo).
Also, your plant looks hungry...so you probably want to give it some nutrients or figure out why its not taking up whats there or what you've already been giving it.
Also also, be careful having your plant in a courtyard or rooftop surrounded by concrete like that. One hot sunny windless day and you could fry it.

It just doesn’t seem to be showing sex yet. Some plants will show preflowers before flowering. I’ve had others 2 months old that didn’t show sex until they were flowered.
