flowering topping clone

Ok so I am growing several small plants under 2 2-bulb flouros. I plant on topping them when they get big enough. This top can be used as a clone right??

If so will it work to top the plants and plant the clone and leave the clones in with the rest of the plants through the rest of the veg and flower cycle.

The clones only need to veg for a few weeks before it can be put into flowering right??

i clone tops with at least 3 to 4 nodes from an 8" to 12" plant with a high success rate, so yes to that question i guess and yes to the second question if you're planning on vegging everything long enough for the clones to grow a sufficient root structure. but i don't think you have enough light for any of that to happen. i suggest more light, always more light.
