Flowering with Fluorescents

I know that hps and/or warm white fluorescents are great for the flowering stage, but what about cool whites for the plants entire life? Will this fuck up the plant or screw with the buds? Any input is much appreciated.

hey I'm wit u, I wanna kno da same thing cuz I'm growin my first plant n not a lot of cash so I'm usin wut I got but I'm not dat far n yet my plant is still n veg. state n still haven't showed n e signs of sex either

You probably could but growth is going to be very slow. Cool white doesn't provide either of the spectrum the plants like the most.
