fluorex ?

I just picked up a 65w=500w fluorex flood light was wondering if it would sufice for keeping two moms vegiging or if I sould just use it as my cloneing/ seeding light. I have 400Watt HPS for flowering so I am trying to get cloneing light setup and vegging light setup any feedback. Anyone use these fluorex with any success.
