Fluroscent T12's?

I just installed a pair of 32watt T12 4ft Fluroscent bulbs in my grow room that is roughly 4ft by 5ft and 6ft high will this be enough to support both vegetative and flowering stages for 3-6 plants?

no. That won't be enough light even if you grow them tiny. A room needs either a ton of floros or an hps. Floros are of best use in a small cabinet. My flower cab is 19"w x 14d" x 30"h and I have 252 w of CFL's which are more usable light per watt than t12's. You could use those tubes for starting seeds, cloning or keeping mother plants but the chance of getting even any smoakable bud out of those is slim.

Hey farmerjohn. I just did a photo update in my journal that shows a clone under t12 and t5 lighting in one cab and one clone under a 125w cfl in the other cab. The clone under the cfl has noticeably bigger buds at this stage. The link to my journal is in my signature if you want to check it out.

I put my t5 right on top of the plastic cover over my seedlings and it did wonderfully. I had some under cfls and it's really hard to say one is better than the other, but the t5 is more convenient to use.
