Flush input?

In the garden today, I was thinking about my flushing regiment and was wondering how everyone else goes about their flushes. Cycles? How long you flush? Agents?

Personally I do 3, soil or hydro:

1) Moving from veg to bloom
-1/4 strength nutrient solution
*I do this for the 5 days prior to switching to bloom
-1 tsp of epsom salt/gallon of normal water
*i do this for the last 2 days before going into bloom

2) 1/2 way through the bloom
-1/4 strength nutrient solution
*I do this for 3 days then return to normal strength solution

3) 1 week prior to harvest
-Final Phase and regular water for one day
-last 6 days are just straight up water

Everything goes great with this, just always looking to improve and "grow" if you will. Would appreciate any constructive input.

If the ppm of the liquid is lower than the medium ppm then its considered a leech, straight water at the end is a flush, at least in my books. I have implimented a "mini" leech in my weekly cycle.

Once a week I double my usual input of liquid which lowers the salts and ppm of my rockwool. Sometimes its just water and sometimes there is a little cal/max or carboload, depending on what they looking like.

Doesn't matter what you call it, flush...leech or whatever else, Removing salts is critical to a healthy crop.
