Flushing rules-of-thumb??

Hey all,

I'm nearing the end of my first grow (5.5 weeks into flowering) and I'm not sure when to flush.

I know its 1-2 weeks prior to harvest, but I dont know when I'll be that close?? Are they're any rules of thumb for signs that its time to flush??

My trichs are all still pretty clear and a few hairs are starting to turn orange

but I feel a have a while yet to go... but I dont want to wait too long.

Any advice??

im in the same boat man. i just started week 6 of flower and my buds dont look all that impressive at all. mine's bagseed so i have no idea what to expect for flowering time.

i start my flush when about 40% of my pistils have turned brown.

Mine are turning orange... would they turn orange THEN brown??? Or just do when 40% are orange??

flush flush flush after 40 percent have changed is good. you prolly got 3 weeks left if they just started changing

think id give em one more feeding than flush at the next watering after that

Thanks guys! I'll change this week with more nutes... then flush the weekend after? So 1.5 more weeks of nutes sounds about right?!

I'm so amped to smoke this first grow!!!!!!
