what is the best way to flush you system for a cup drug test fast and easy i have not smoked for 2 years but i did about 5 days ago and worried for a drug test to pop up now i know it was stupid but i got drunk and well took 5 hits of a bong not really big hits but need tips to flush now dont judge me

simple n cheap way apple juice n a lil vinegar. Army calls it Joggin n a Jug!!

Just drink a bunch of water before you take the test. It will dilute it down to be untraceable. Don't go overboard with the water, too much will kill you.
