For how long should I be using a humidity dome?

I use plastic bags for humidity dome

My question is for how long should I use it? can I remove it just after the seeds pop up?

(I'm growing on a pc box by the way)

Ya pretty much as soon as theres a sprout it can go under weak light and come out of the dome. If you leave it in there for to long, heat and humidity can cause it to damp off. Thats bad, sprout dies.
