forced flowering now what?

New to this so any advice welcome,I live in northern europe, I read somewhere that I could bring on the sex of my plants by covering them with bags to give them 12/12 this kindof worked on one plant and the other is very slow, we are in mid july now and it's another 6 weeks before natural 12/12 occurs. The bag this is a real pain in the ass, do I have to continue this for another 6 weeks or if I stop will it shock the plant and return to veg stage or slow flowering.

the plant may not be mature enough to show sex at this point. I would recommend taking a few clones from it and flowiering them. Then you don't have to visit the plants everyday. And it is jusy much easier.
