Found someone else's wallet in my car today

I was cleaning it out and on the passenger side I found a wallet underneath the seat. I have no clue who this person is however I do not lock the doors of my car because I leave absolutely NOTHING of value in it outside of maybe $.50 in the cup holder. So I'm thinking this fucker was stealing from cars.

He even has his social security car in there, a bunch of pictures, a Madison Public Library card and a Target Gift card.

I would report this fucker, I had someone break into my truck not too long ago and steal my ipod, low life mfers.
