I’m doing a four tent 10x10 grow . the room is a concrete floor garage around 800 sq ft .
the floor Should help to keep reservoir temps in check , as this is a rdwc perpetual grow , the tents will be started 2-2.5 weeks apart .
What would be a good target for co2 ppm , to supplement all 4 tents in slightly varying stages ? Is too much co2 a problem ? I do know the propane monitors , we use to heat - pump a ton out - but being winter time it is the most beneficial way to heat the entire “building” and supply co2 for everything .
The clones will be on 1-2 week veg time - as it doesn’t take long to fill a canopy in DWC . I’ll be running either sixteen ac infinity Ionframe evo10s , with supplemental uvb light slowly brought in , or sixteen hlg scorpion Diablo fixtures , and ramped up to 1-2 hours per day late in flower . If I run the ac infinity lights I’ll be building a driver board , to place all drivers outside the tents to have precise control over the environment in each tent .
All tents will vent back into the lung room , and I’ve thought about possibly running an intake fan for each tent directly from the tent , outside - so we can exchange fresh air from outside when the lights are out .
i did this same setup on a porch last winter with a single tent ,and a small propane monitors, and it worked incredibly well , with a window ac to cool it down, exchange air when lights were off and lower the co2 as it was up in the 2000-2500ppm range at times . The two autos in 9 gallon autopots with coco , and a kind x750 led , went over 1lb per plant and I saw 1600-2000ppm all through flower .
We will be sizing dehumidifiers to be able to lower the entire room to the lowest needed humidity , while having humidifiers in each tent to target specific VPD , at specific times of the growth stage . Each tent will have intake and exhaust fans as well as clip ons to circulate .
I should add this will all be done with ac infinity equipment . Tents , controller , sensors etc , and will be using jacks nutrients along with some heavy boosters at the end of flower .
The goal is to be able to pull minimum of 10+ lbs out of each tent , every 2-2.5 weeks .
When the cool weather goes , I’ll have to go back to tents and co2 regulators with bottles - which should be easier to control per tent vs trying to lower high co2 , if there is a limit to what I should be allowing the plants to see .
I’m open to any and all suggestions , if you have any experience running a grow like this . This is to supply locally grown product for a locally owned dispensary . To have high quality clean product that is safe and clean .
This is on a reservation which is a sovereign nation, and has its own rules for regulating and dispensing of cannabis . A lot of the flower comes from Canada , and as shitty as it sounds , some has caused overdoses . In those instances, flower tested positive for fentanyl .. I’m assuming it’s large scale black market cannabis , where the two are stored in close proximity and the cannabis becomes contaminated possibly ?
In any event , growing our own , vs purchasing , shipping etc will save a pile of money , increase profit margins , and bring cleaner , higher quality product to market for customers ..
