Foxtailing starting here?

So I just saw this small offshoot on my biggest/closest to the light cola. I’m not sure if it’s a sign of foxtailing starting or if it’s just the bud filling out, any thoughts?
Using an SF1000 about 14” away from this bud, I wasn’t too good about keeping an even canopy, so other main colas are probably 15-16” away from the light.
This is the only spot I can see anything happening.
Temps/RH humidity very stable 77~82 lights on/off (basically same range) RH 40~45%

that doesn't look like a foxtail to me....and even if it is, no big deal.

Fox tails are not desirable, but they are not a major issue either.....no worries

Thank you for the input!
I grew this strain last time around, and it started doing this same thing. That was my first grow and I fucked it up a lot so I thought I might’ve been having an issue here too
