From indoor to outdoor

Does this work? My landlady is cutting off my lights. I can grow, just not under light. My plant is about half way done. Should I leave them outside, or just flush, and smoke?

I wouldn't cut them if they were only half-way done. Whether you can bring them outside to finish depends on your location: daylight hours and weather. It could also be a huge risk moving them.

Why is this happening anyways though? Aren't tenants supposed to have electricity?

not sure, is it snowing outside? maybe not. wait till at least 60-70 deg
