From tootsie roll consistency to crumble over night?

Still learning this dab press thingy, So I pressed some dry sift yesterday. After the press the rosin had the consistency of a soft tootsie roll, Today I got up and gave it a mix and it now has kind of a brown sugar consistency. Is this normal? Didnt get a picture from yesterday but it started out looking like Carmel. Heres todays pic. Its still pretty terpy but is this normal or did I "f" something up?

Its pure hash itl act different which is a lovely thing. Mine went from flakey gold/translucent/clear to all white dough crumble. About to show yall, I was gonna anyway. Its fun to post before and after if it butters nucleates etc.

Looks like crumble I used to get years ago. It's beautiful.
