Full spectrum bulbp or Hps grolux

hi i just wanted to see which bulb will give me a better result the full spectrum i have is 225w mh 5000k 21,000 lumen cri 90+ it last almost twice aslong as normal mh below is it full spec range.



then i have 250w hps bulb at 33,000 lumen 2150k or somthing cri 22. at the moment i keep changing every week and i notice more difference with the mh then the hps not sure wheather the its the mh better light output i can see it well. i leave this one upto the light expert i would rather just like to stick to one bulb then keep swaping .
