so i noticed one day in my Mother/Clone room that i was starting to get mold on some of the lower leafs of my cuttings that were touching the damp oasis flats. out of 400 cittings aprox 100 had 1 or more moldy leafs. Other than that all 9 of my moms, 30 rooted cuttings in dirt, and 42 cuttings i had in my clone machine were flawless, no problems, doing great.
As i searched over the oasis flats removing the moldy lower leafs i could see the mold spores flying around in the gentile breeze. So i figured the hell with it, gotta bomb the room anyhow. after 2 days of removing all moldy/dead leafs out of the entire room i went to my local hydro shop (the only hydro shop within 1 1/2 hrs) i have previously used Attain TR, and Pyrethrum TR to control/prevent bugs. they worked great. So i picked up a mold/fungus bomb made by the same company "Fungaflor TR" the guy workin the register said "ya it works great, its safe for your plants even in flower" but of coarse whatever your holding in your hand works great if thats all they carry. $25 bucks and done.
Shut off the exhaust fan, set the bomb, close the door. i left 4 bulbs of my 4' 8 bulb t5 on (it is only over the moms, everything else ie. cuttings and newbies are all indirect lighting) went back in after 6hrs and turned my exhaust fan back on. everything looked great. came back the next day, turned on all 8 lights, everything looked great. Came back after 2 days and my 3 big bud (3 weeks old) were curling, everything else looked great. came back that night they were crispy fried, and all the cuttings except in the cloner were curling. 3 days later all 400 cuts in oasis were fried, all 30 rooted cuttings in dirt... fried. 3 big bud 3 week olds... long gone. all 9 moms starting to curl. but for some reason the cuts in the cloner are doing fine. 6 days later the cuts in the cloner are starting to show rusty spots on the leafs.
I'm wiped the F out. the guy at the hydro shop offered my $25 back when i told him not to recommend this crap to anyone else. All i could do was laugh. and then go out to my truck and cry.
So i guess what i'm sayin is use with caution. I really hope you read this BEFORE you used Fungaflor. If it is after the fact you might wanna get a bunch of towels, and drag that garden hose through the window n go to town.
