Fungus gnats

What do u guys use to control/eradicate fungus gnats besides yellow sticky cards and cleaning

Spinosad. This was recommended to me recently by an awesome gal.

Bti, it's an organic larvicide you water in and yellow sticky traps for adults. You will have to water it in every four or five days to break the cycle. It comes in a bunch of different products at varying strengths but I like Gnatrol WDG and you can buy it in varying sizes online.

Promix hp and mega crop, haven't seen a gnat since my first grow attempt with GG organic. Never again.
Mosquito bits I think. You add it to your water.

Search Microbe-Lift BMC.. I use a couple drops every time I water.. No more gnats flyin in my face..

Bottom watering, keep the top of the soil dry

For preventative, water from the bottom keep the top dry. Sticky traps to catch the flyers.
The best method that I have tried; top dress with a layer of garden pumice screened to 1/8. You can buy it on amazon. The little buggers can't crawl through it to get to your roots and lay eggs.

If I am not mistaken those are the ones that live in to top soil? If so I had that issue once and I put a 1/2" to an inch of sand and then some fine small pebble rocks on the surface (as was mentioned above), they cant push through the sand and die out. The ones that were out I added fly strips and as others have said I bottom watered for a couple weeks problem went away. With the small layer of pebbles on the sand you can water from top so long as the sand stays put I am pretty sure but probably best to just water from bottom.

Appreciate it I’m going to keep this on hand. I have no gnats right now but could I use it as a preventative measure?

Yep, once they're gone it keeps em gone..
