Funky smell from Cloner?

Today i switched out my turbo kloner with veg nutes from just a root accelerator, rinsed and wiped the res.

When I got home 10 hours later it has a funky smell to it... What could this be would the nutes stink up that bad(Dutchmaster Formula 1 veg)??

Did I not clean it enough? Is it normal? Plants don't look effected yet... Any common experiences?
They are clones three weeks in, well established roots, still white as rice..

Any advise?

Everything is fine, smell died down, plants seem to love it, so no problems.
