Funny Looking Leaves

I've got two different plants from different seeds. One looks fine and the other seems has this strange yellow discoloration on the old leaves, and all the new growth. I have down the sae to the two plants over their life and they are in about the 3rd week of flowering. I have checked the pH and it is fine, and my watering schedule has been solid for the entire time of the grow. IMAG0109.jpgIMAG0110.jpg

I use an electronic pH checker. I use it to check both the water before watering, and the soil after I water, both seem to be fine.

I use the same electronic pH meter to test the soil after watering. The soil I am using is Happy Frog organic potting soil

im not quite understanding you??
I'll try to be more clear. I test the water while it is in the pitcher with my pH tester, it tests fine about 6.5-7.0. Then I proceed to water my plants with said water, once watering is complete, I test the pH of the moist soil by sticking the same pH meter into the soil. The soil seems to test fine as well. I hope this clears things up.

I'm with this guy. Could we get a pic of the underside of the leaves? Don't see any webbing though.
I looked for any signs of mites or bugs or anything and there seems to be nothing. The pictures aren't the best quality but you might be able to take a look at the ones attached and get some more info.
