Garden Pest ID needed

The leaves on my cannabis and strawberry plants are being pecked away at and they’re side by side on my deck. I put some yellow sticky traps out and an catching an abundance of green shimmering flies as in the pictures below. The plant is still looking really healthy but I’m noticing an increase in leaf damage last couple days, so i’d like to figure out what this pest is and treat organically if possible.

any idea what these flies are? they are really all over the straw berries even more than the cannabis. They may not be the culprit figure I may have something else doing damage at night as well..

Since they are still in veg I would try neem oil or Sevin dust.

Any idea what this fly is though?

Imo it looks like Caterpillar or grasshoppers eating your plants

Yep, I gound an ID last night these flies are not eating leaves they are long legged flies that are actually good for pollination although they can be bad for seedlings as their maggotts will eat roots etc.
I think I have night feeders and first suspect is caterpillars.
