I planted my geminated seed 4 days ago and it still hasn't sprouted.I've checked just below the surface and can see the seed has shedded it's shell.Should i remove some top soil to free the seed or leave it be?Thanks

Personally I always let my seeds sit in a room temp bottle cap of water and within 12 hours they crack open and you can see a small white tip.

I've NEVER had a seed NOT crack on me this way.

I personally just put the seed from the package into a rockwool cube or small pot of dirt, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it on my water heater for 2 days. Easiest shit ever and as long as you dont get drunk and forget to condition your rockwool, works every time. Dont plant expensive seeds drunk, learned that the hard way
